An Overview of Grief and Loss
Grief is the natural emotional response to the death of someone close, a serious illness, a divorce or other significant losses. Our reactions are unique and individual; none of us experiences grief in the same way.
About This Course
Grief encompasses a range of emotions and experiences in response to various losses, including the death of a loved one, serious illness, divorce, or other significant life changes.
